Classical Grace Pilates
Classical Grace Pilates is committed to the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, often referred to as classical Pilates. The exercies are full-body movements that integrate the limbs and body so that you can stand and move more efficiently. You'll notice the difference while you're working in the studio and afterwards.
